Ride Qi might be a new name in the snowboard industry, but they definitely aim to bring innovation to the table with their product range. One of the unique things about their company is that they have a consumer-driven business model, by turning to the snowboarding community for their experience and expertise, Ride Qi aims to design and deliver products by riders for riders.

The end result of this research and development is their launch product, the Alpha Mask. The Alpha is a lightweight face mask that offers bandana-inspired style merged with the technical protection and functionality of traditional ski masks and balaclavas.

The Alpha Mask has some great features to it as well, namely a breathable perforated polyester layer that keeps ventilation unrestricted while offering plenty of coverage for the face and neck area, and ear straps that let you raise and lower it without having to retighten the velcro strap holding it all together.
